Stefanie Black is a actor, writer, and singer originally from Allentown, PA. She is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and Playwrights Horizons Theater School. She is also an alumni of The Williamstown Theater Festival and ACT. As an actor her credits include: THEATRE: IAMAFEST:2011-12, ASSISTANCE (IAMA Theatre Co.), BACHELORETTE (IAMA Theatre Co.), BUSH IS BAD (Noho Arts Center, LA Weekly Award); FILM: TRAILER PARK OF TERROR (Slamdance 2008), SUNNYVIEW (AFI FEST), HOLLYWOO (Studio Canal); TV: GREY’S ANATOMY, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, ER, SCANDAL, GHOST WHISPERER, WITHOUT A TRACE, EASY MONEY, PRIVATE PRACTICE, to name a few. She will soon be seen recurring on the FOX sitcom, THE GOODWIN GAMES, premiering in 2013. As a writer, her credits include: STORYTELLING (IAMAfest 2012), the web series, FOR A GREEN CARD(www.foragreencard.blip.tv), and the short film STACKTOWN THE MUSICAL. She also has several projects in development. She is currently on the faculty at John Rosenfeld Studios and is a founding member of IAMA Theatre Company.
