Wes Whitehead
In the past year with IAMA, Wes was seen in The Foundation, written by company member Graham Sibley, as part of IAMA Fest 2012 (for which he also directed Charlotte Miller’s A Moment of Silence for the Living). In September of 2012, he served as Assistant Director on Shiner, a world premiere play by IAMA’s own Christian Durso.
In other work with IAMA, Wes has appeared in three of Leslye Headland’s Seven Deadly Plays: as Plato Cinelphilia (IAMA), Justin in Assistance (IAMA), and Dorian in Reverb (IAMA). Regionally, he had the honor of sharing the stage with Tony winner Elizabeth Franz and Oscar winner Haley Mills in Frank McGuinness’s The Bird Sanctuary (Alabama Shakespeare Company, AL). Other credits include Exits and Entrances (Contemporary Stage, DE), Mud (Moth, Los Angeles), The Bomb (International WOW Company, Off-Broadway, NY), Othello and Hamlet (The Rogue Players, NY), Cymbeline (Oxford Tradition, UK).
